Our warehouse complex spans 724 m² and can store up to 500 tons of the highest-quality fruit. With current capacity utilization at 60%, we have ample space to expand production and meet growing market demand.
Every step of the storage process is carefully organized—from receiving fresh fruit on electronic scales for precise weighing, through sorting on vibrating screens, to final preparation for transport with modern forklifts. Our equipment allows complete quality control at every level, while the organized storage system guarantees that each product retains its original freshness and nutritional value.
Our cold storage facility, built in 2017, is the technological heart of our production. Two freezing tunnels, each with a daily capacity of 6 tons, allow us to process up to 12 tons of fruit per day while fully preserving all natural attributes.
The precise process begins by pre-cooling the fruit from 25 °C to 0 °C with a controlled relative humidity of 90%, followed by deep freezing at –30 °C to –35 °C for 12–14 hours. Final storage is maintained at a constant –18 °C, with no temperature fluctuations to prevent fruit from sticking together. This system guarantees that every piece of fruit retains its natural flavor, color, and full nutritional value.
